RNase Inhibitor (recombinant), a recombinant protein of rat lung RNase inhibitor expressed in E. coli, effectively inactivates a broad spectrum of ribonuclease including RNase A, RNase B, and RNase T2. RNase inhibitor is useful to protect RNA from degradation by ribonucleases during cDNA synthesis, one-step RT-PCR, RNA synthesis, RNA preparation, and so on.
